  • Understanding Yourself As An Effective Listener and Communicator

    Workshop

In the dynamic landscape of global projects, the ability to truly listen and comprehend the needs of project owners is paramount. To achieve remarkable results we need to equip ourselves with skills to not just hear, but to deeply understand the needs of our project owners and to collaborate within our teams.
This workshop goes beyond the mere theory of active listening; it's a hands-on journey into effective communication. Through insightful discussions, real-world examples extracted from ongoing projects and a look at your personal history with communication you'll learn more about the art of active listening and empathetic understanding.

Understanding that there's no one-size-fits-all approach, we guide you to explore your unique  style and provide personalized strategies for improvement. After all, the key to becoming an exceptional listener lies with understanding yourself and your strengths and challenges.

  • Giving Women Conference: Women at the Frontline of Climate Action and Innovation

    Workshop

Join Giving Women on October 3rd, as the women most affected by the climate crisis and environmental devastation lead the conversation and the action towards a sustainable future. Climate change disproportionately impacts women in underserved communities: droughts, floods, and desertification threaten their livelihoods, food security, access to water, and forced migration. Many of them hold solutions rooted in tradition and community, yet their voices are often absent from the climate conversations. In its 11th annual conference, Giving Women will rewrite the narrative on climate change. Engage in a powerful dialogue with women on the frontlines, NGOs, activists, and leaders as we uncover existing solutions and chart a path forward for a more sustainable future.

We’re bringing together a powerful force for change:
-Women leading the fight: Hear directly from those on the frontlines, finding solutions every day.
-World-renowned experts: Learn from leading minds in climate action and discover existing solutions that work.
-Action-oriented collaboration: Reflect, strategise and identify gaps with all stakeholders – NGOs, UN agencies, philanthropists, private sector leaders, and foundations.
    Together, we will:

Shine a light on successful solutions ready for replication.
Bridge the gap between existing initiatives and new needs.
Chart a path forward to a more sustainable future.
