Grassroots non-profit organisations frequently encounter challenges in meeting the increasing demands for financial transparency and accountability. This workshop addresses common issues such as maintaining donor trust, and managing resource limitations.
Participants will gain valuable insights through engaging discussions and practical case studies, with “a walk in their shoes” type discussion with many practical examples.
Attendees will leave with actionable strategies to optimise financial systems and align them with global best practices while considering local contexts.
