As funding cuts take hold, non-profit leaders are taking a closer look at entrepreneurial models and income-generating strategies to fund their mission. But how can non-profit leaders identify potential sources of revenue and start generating income? What do impact investors and corporates look for in investment opportunities, and how can you frame your organisation’s work to align with their objectives? Join this workshop to learn about social enterprise business models and assess your non-profit’s readiness to tap into sources of funding beyond grants.
