DESCRIPTION:Join us for this informative and interactive workshop webinar\nAbout this Event\nWorkshop Description \nTheories of Change (TOCs) are roadmaps to impact. It expresses how an initiative expects to arrive at/produce the desired results. It is the foundation for impact management. \nIn this workshop\, we will explore the logic behind TOCs and their main building blocks. Using practical examples\, we will show how TOCs help organisations to better manage their impact for improved outcomes and communication. \nAbout our presenter: Nadir Franca \nNadir is one of our Giving Women members in Zurich. She is a consultant and researcher in the fields of impact-driven entrepreneurship\, impact management\, and sustainable finance. She has worked for 10+ years with non-profit and for-profit social businesses and initiatives for the productive & financial inclusion of underserved populations. She is currently a Sustainable Finance Policy Fellow with Foraus\, and a Consultant in impact management projects with Stone Soup Consulting. Nadir holds a Ph.D. (USP/Brazil) and an MSc (UFPE/Brazil) in Business Management. \nThe Webinar Workshop will be recorded and made available along with supporting documentation and resources to all those who register as a follow-up to the event. \nPLEASE NOTE: The event will take place on Zoom webinar and along with receiving details from Eventbrite about accessing the Webinar\, we will also send all people registered an email before the event.
