The menu includes a an amuse buche\, main course\, coffee or tea as well as petit-fours. Still water will be provided. \nPlease feel free to share this invitation with anyone who may be interested and bring a friend! \nIt is Giving Women policy that non-members are welcome to attend the Giving Women Informal Lunch up to two times as well as two other events (please register as non-members). If you would like to attend any additional events\, we invite you to become a member.  \nPlease sign up 3 days before the event at the latest due to limited seating. \nKindly note: Last minute registrations and arrivals cannot be guaranteed a spot at the main table and may have to sit at another table and order from the restaurant menu separately.

DESCRIPTION:Film Screening of The Biggest Little Farm\nAbout this Event\nJoin us to watch this beautiful documentary\, which tells the story of a young idealistic couples’ return to the land. \nGuided by a wise mentor they buy a farm on land which was completely desiccated and discover the beauty\, complexity\, and harmony of the natural world as it regenerates into a productive farm. \nAt a time where the industrialised approaches to working the land have destroyed the biodiversity of nature this magnificently filmed documentary makes us realise there is still hope for our planet\,  if we all learn to respect it fully. \nThis will be an uplifting preparation on the theme of our 2020 Annual Conference on 19 March “Food: Women’s role in the struggle to feed the world
